Your purchase
The product page describes the resource, contents and intended qualification. Six Weeks to Stronger Business Exam Writing contains 28 English-language PDFs and a README in one ZIP, including six presentations, teacher notes and student resources. You need a device that opens ZIP archives and PDF documents. No physical product is supplied.
Price and payment
The total price is displayed on the product page and confirmed at Stripe checkout before you pay. This is a one-off payment, not a subscription. There is no additional digital delivery charge. Check your email address and order details before confirming payment.
Delivery and account access
Once payment is confirmed, we make the files available in your Business Tutor account and email a purchase confirmation. Sign in using the email address you used at checkout. You can verify that email and create your account after purchasing.
Immediate delivery and cancellation
We ask for your express agreement to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement that your 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins. We record that choice and include it in your confirmation email. If you prefer to wait until after the cancellation period, contact Katherine before ordering to discuss delayed access.
Problems and refunds
If files do not arrive, will not open, or are not as described, contact Katherine with your order reference. We will investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to, which may include corrected files or a refund. Nothing here limits your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Using the resources
One purchase covers the Business department at one school or college, including classroom use, printing and sharing with your own students through a secure school platform. Resources must not be posted publicly, resold or shared with other schools. Copyright remains with Katherine Downes.
